This Guest Registration Form is to be filled out prior to your arrival and submitted with copies of:

Document 1 - Drivers Licence (both sides)

Document 2 - Credit Card (both sides)

Please note - Debit / Pre-paid cards are not accepted, if a Credit Card cannot be supplied then a $500 cash bond will be required.

Last Minute Bookings and After Hours Key Collection

Please note - all last minute bookings will require a cash bond prior to key collection.

If you are checking in after hours, this Guest Registration Form (complete with a copy of photo ID and Credit Card) must be received prior to keys being left in our after-hours safe.

Under no circumstances will property keys be placed in our after-hours safe unless this process is completed and all documentation received.
